Terms of Service

Overnight is a service that creates custom landing pages for your business. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Overnight.

When you pay for a plan, we build you a custom landing page with Stripe payments connected and deploy it to a live URL. Delivered within 2 hours during business hours (AEST).

We guarantee delivery of a working site. We do not guarantee business success, revenue, or specific design outcomes beyond one free rebuild if you're unsatisfied.

If we fail to deliver a working site within 48 hours, you get a full refund. No questions asked. If you simply don't like the result, we rebuild it once free. We do not offer refunds after the rebuild has been delivered.

After your 30-day free hosting period, your site requires $29/mo to stay live. If you cancel, your site comes down. Your code is always yours — we'll send you the full codebase on request.

You retain all rights to the content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to build and host your website. You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.

You agree not to use Overnight to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Spam or phishing
• Conduct illegal activities

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overnight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
